Welcome to the home of Music Makes You, a co-operative of music educators and professionals in the Calder Valley. We believe that music tuition should be of high quality, accessible to all and delivered in a way that provides a sustainable livelihoods for music tutors. We also believe that music tutors work best when they are part of a community, inspiring and supporting through live events and workshops.
Our members have been teaching music and inspiring creativity in Hebden, Todmorden, Sowerby Bridge and Mytholmroyd for more than 20 years, and now is the time to pull together as a registered, not-for-profit, co-operative with a clear vision for our uniquely expressive community.
Music Makes You will provide opportunities for the sharing of resources and create a supportive environment for music tutors in Calderdale…. so if you are a learner or a tutor, you can contribute and benefit from the community here at Music Makes You.
